bKash Send Money, Nagad Send Money, and bank transfer. Send the exact amount to the number shown at checkout and enter your Transaction ID — your order is confirmed straight away. Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment because every pair is ordered in from China specially for you.

20–25 days. Every pair ships directly from our office in China after you order — that is how we keep prices low and styles current. We will keep you updated on the status the whole way.

We do not hold large stock in Bangladesh. When you order, we source your exact size from our China office and ship it over. It takes longer than a local shop, but you get current styles at a much better price — and you see real photos and video of the actual shoe before you buy.

The same size you already wear in Bangladesh. These are normal EU sizes — if you take 41 in a shop here, order 41. Open the size guide on any product page for a foot-length chart, and if you are still unsure, send us your measurement on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you which number to take.

Please check your size before you order. Every pair is bought in China specifically for your order, so we cannot swap it for a different size afterwards — there is no stock sitting in Dhaka to swap it with. Ask us on WhatsApp before you pay if you are unsure; it costs nothing and we would much rather help you get it right the first time.

Charges depend on your area and are shown before you confirm the order. Orders above the free-delivery threshold for your zone ship free.

Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number or email you used at checkout. If you have an account, all your orders are in your dashboard with live status.

Yes — we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or wrong items. The product must be unused with original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Not right now. Because each pair is brought in from China specifically for your order, we ask for payment upfront through bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Your order is confirmed the moment you submit your transaction ID.

Yes. We source directly from brands and authorised distributors. Every product includes any applicable manufacturer warranty.
