Our sizes are ordinary EU sizes, the same numbers you already wear in Bangladesh. If you take 41 in a shop here, order 41.
We cannot exchange a pair for a different size. We hold no stock in Dhaka — every pair is bought in China for your order alone, so there is nothing here to swap it with. Please check your size before you pay.
If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering with your usual size or your foot length in centimetres. We will tell you which number to take. It costs nothing and saves us both the trouble.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the pair is defective, damaged in transit, the wrong item, or significantly different from the photos on its page. Please open the parcel in front of the delivery person where possible.
The pair must be unworn and in its original box with all tags. Shoes that have been worn outdoors cannot be returned. A change of mind, or a size that does not fit, is not covered — see the note above.
Contact support with your order number, the item, and photos of the problem. We will arrange pickup or provide a return address. Return courier costs are borne by us when the item is defective or wrong, and by the customer for change-of-mind returns where accepted.
After inspection, approved refunds are issued within 7–10 working days: bKash, Nagad and Rocket payments go back to the wallet you sent them from, and bank transfers back to the originating account. You may also choose a replacement or store credit instead.
